Full Day (9am-11pm) $575 plus tax Half Day (6 Hours) $325 plus tax 4 hour Rental (50-100 guests) $275 plus tax The time you get includes set up, event time, & clean up Additional hourly rate is $75 per hour ALL packages include: * Choice of Event Location (Authentic 1920's Barn Loft/Lounge, Courtyards, Farm Hall) * Courtyards, Fire Pit, & kids play area * Catering Prep/Kitchen Area *Climate Controlled Bathrooms *15 Tables & Chairs for up to 100 guests ***Events & party packages can NOT be booked more than 3 months in advance.** **Pricing and Packages are subject to change at owners discretion** **Pricing is for 100 guests or less. If you have more than 100 guests for your event, please call for a custom price quote. **Sales tax rate of 6.1% will also be charged**
