Planning Your Wedding

When planning your dream wedding at Hope Springs Farm, we offer services and support along the way to help ensure that your day runs smoothly. Specific services vary, but we aim to help create a seamless experience no matter what package you choose. We offer lots of client resources, including custom floor plans, a wedding planning checklist, a Preferred Vendor Guide and vendor recommendations, ideas for photo opts, rehearsals, ceremonies, and reception tips and ideas. The farm offers several options for rehearsal, pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hours, and reception. We want to help you utilize every space you'd like to at the farm while keeping things super functional.

Outdoor Ceremonies

The open fields and/or creekside provides beautiful natural settings for an outdoor ceremony. Imagine exchanging vows with a backdrop of rolling hills and wildflowers in the background, or being under a canopy of trees listening to the creek gurgle all around you. We have multiple outdoor locations that can be utilized for your ceremony that are all completely different.

Receptions

We have so many great options for receptions. We have our newly renovated Farm Hall, that has an entire wall of windows that bring the outdoors inside seamlessly. At night, the lighting is soft, golden, and the patio area flows so nicely right into the the Farm Hall and the Barn as well. Our barn was built in 1920, and its rustic charm with warm lighting creates a cozy atmosphere perfect for small ceremonies, cocktail hour and receptions, but it's so easy to utilize it with the other spaces or on it's own.

Accommodations

In our Dream Wedding package, we offer a two or three day rental that includes one or two overnight stays. This allows you to stay the night before your wedding and the night of and it's WAY less stressful than a one day wedding. The farm’s location offers peaceful surroundings, perfect for relaxing before and after the wedding. Our venue sleeps up to 22 guests utilizing our cottage and bunkhouse, which are both included in our Dream Package!
